I bought Clinique after buying another brand toner which was had a slight fragrance, resulting in irritation, i just cannot use scented creams at all so back to Clinique i went.
I like the texture of this cream in the fingers yet to apply it dragged across the skin and is not easy to apply evenly, too much rubbing in results in flaking and rolling... i am a guy so i have no real problem but how women can apply make up on a base like this is hard to imagine.
The cream also gives a white appearance which again is not very desirable.
The pluses?
Yes, it has made my skin look plumper, it also does seem to moisturize well under that layer of white...
I have tried to use this sparingly yet given the "ghost" look, it is not practical and i use mine as a night cream, i would not buy it again, i would try the moisture surge instead...
Conclusion, it feels nice and does make a difference but i am sure this is a bit too thick for a day cream... good for sensitive skin but i will stress that the application of this cream is problematic, i would not recommend as a day cream, unless you don't have to leave the house or back garden. Feels good though and no irritation and my skin looks more vibrant so not all bad hence the 3 stars.

Ever since Clinique d/c the Anti-Gravity cream I have been trying every new cream from Clinique. So I tried this Youth Surge which claimes to erase lines and moisturizes really well. After 4 weeks of using this cream diligently I ended up with dry skin, major break outs and my fine lines actually became worse,my lines around the mouth started to droop. It is hard to use under my make-up because it leaves some white "roll-up" residue here and there. This facial cream is not for mature skin. CLINIQUE PLEASE BRING BACK THE ANTI-GRAVITY FIRMING AND LIFTING CREAM!

I use this moisturizer everyday and I love it! It goes on easily and doesn't leave my skin oily (I have combination/oily skin) and absorbs quickly.
It only gets three stars in my rating because of Amazon.com's price- it says you "save" 19% off the original price of $60- but I have NEVER seen it for over [...] in any retailer like Macy's or Belk NOR [...].
So, while I highly recommend this product, I also recommend buying it at a retailer while they are offering a free gift with purchase- then you're definitely getting your money's worth.
